Our Refund & Returns Policy explains when an order can be changed or cancelled, and what can be returned and when.

If you are still able to change or cancel your order, you will find the edit order options on the confirmation page shown straight after you order, and in the Orders section of your account. You can reach your account with the 'View your order' button in your order confirmation email.

If your order can no longer be changed, use our contact form to start a return. Please include your order number or proof of purchase, and request your return before sending anything back.
