If your QUICKPLAY product has a defect due to materials or workmanship, you can submit a warranty claim by using the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket. Our team is ready to assist you.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Product model name (and size, if applicable)

  • “PO# PSS/NAT/GPS” number from the product label on the box

  • A description of the issue

  • Close-up photos clearly showing the issue
