If your QUICKPLAY product has a fault caused by materials of workmanship and you would like to make a claim, please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team. We're here to help if you need us.
Alternatively you can open a support ticket from the Live chat by choosing the option "No, I need more help" on the previous page
- Your full name
- The order number/proof of purchase relating to your claim
- The model name of the product (and size where applicable)
- The "PO PSS/NAT/GPS" number of your product (showing on Product label on the box)
- A description of the issue/s
- Close up photo/s showing the issue/s
